The One Community Podcast
The AVTE One Community is not just a principle. It shows up every day — in a faculty member who stayed late for a struggling student, in a program that reached across state lines to share what was working, in a partnership that decided the profession was worth more than any single seat at the table. We want to tell those stories.
AVTE is launching The One Community Podcast, a new ten-episode series produced in partnership with Vet Life Reimagined and hosted by Megan Sprinkle. Megan is the founder of Vet Life Reimagined and one of the most trusted voices in veterinary medicine. She has a gift for finding the human story inside the professional one, and for asking the questions that find the story we all share.
The series launches at the AVTE Annual Conference in Portland, this August, with the full run beginning right after Labor Day. Ten episodes. Ten stories. All of them from this community.
We need your help finding them.
We are not looking for highlight reels. We are looking for real moments — a collaboration nobody expected to work, a student who became something more because this community showed up for them. If you have witnessed something like that, or if you are that story, we want to hear from you.

The form takes about five minutes. Tell us who the story is about, describe the moment, and explain what it reflects about what we are building together. We will review every submission and reach out to learn more.
