On Friday, Dr. Latonia Craig opens things with a plenary on team culture: The Lessons Between the Lessons: How Educators Shape Conflict, Confidence, and Culture
Latonia Craig leads AVMA's national strategy for workplace culture and belonging in veterinary medicine. She led the development of AVMA's Journey for Teams, a program that has reached more than 38,000 veterinary professionals, and previously directed Purdue's Vet Up! initiative supporting underrepresented students into vet school.
